Friday Night Fun

We went to Harley's school because they were having the Spring Fling there and the book fair was open and we had to go to that because last time we got guilted about not going to the book fair. The girls loved the blow up slide after Sawyer finally decided to go and Harley got to see her friends. We then went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings for Dinner.

Parker's 2 Month Check up

This little BIG man was a trooper today at his 2 month check up

He weighs 14.4 lbs

and is in the 88%

He is 23.5 inches long

and is in the 70%

His head is 41 cm

and is in the 94%

He also had to get 2 shot :( but he only cried for a few minutes and fell asleep on the way home

He got his DTP/aP and Hib shots

The doctor said that everything looked great and she was pleased with all his measurements and loves that he is sleeping more at night.

...O and Sawyer did good because she always gets a sucker and 2 big stickers if she does good!!!

Art Day

This is what Harley is working on in her class this week

Harley is LOVING her art class. She is working on a clay spoon that has 3 of her favorite things on it. She has a bunny for Jack, a paintbrush because she loves art, and a flower because she loves picking flowers and playing outside. They are letting the projects dry and then they get to put a glaze on them and fire them in the kiln after that and then they will be done. Knowing that my babies love doing artsy things makes my heart sing with pride.

Nastics Tuesdays

Harley is back in Gymnastics

I forgot to post about Harley getting back into Gymnastics. She had her first class on Monday at 530. It is crazy at the gym at this time. The whole waiting room was full but Harley had a great time. I don't realize how tiny this girl is until she is around kids are age and she looks so little. She is in a class with a few girls she knows from her previous classes and she has the same couch, who she loves. They did a lot of new things that Harley hasn't tried before so she was kinda nervous and there is a lot going on in there at once, but I think she will catch on quickly once she gets used to everything again and all the new stuff. 

Friday Fun

To say that we have had a very long week is an understatement. Monday I had to go pick up Harley early from school because she was complaining of her stomach hurting. Tuesday we attempted school and I got in the drop of lane at school and Harley threw up all over the car so NO school for Harley again. Wednesday was a really late to school kinda morning but she made it on time and it was totally my fault. I got informed on Thursday that there was no school on Friday and Sawyer Threw up all night that night. Friday I finally had to have Klay leave work early for more medicine for Sawyer because she was feverish and still throwing up. Today is so far not bad... Sawyer is getting better but still acting sick. She didn't have a fever with meds and hasn't thrown up yet today and has eaten a little more than yesterday....so with the week that I have had I am calling that a good day!!!

First Art Day

Today was Harley's first day at her after school art class at Bubbles and Brushes

She LOVED it and it makes this art momma proud

And the smile on her face was all worth it and would have tugged at anyone's heart strings

Sawyer had a great time too and loves art just as much as Harley but she is not quite ready for direction from a teacher for it yet

Salad Girl

I made a salad and this girl loves to eat with me when I make me a salad but if I make her one she doesn't want it. I am weird like that to in a sense that salads taste better when someone else makes them.

Plans change

it fit him but barely...he is growing for sure

So today it is currently 38 degrees out and not going to get much warmer. We made plans and kinda planned our day around going for a walk around the lake in Peachtree City, but plans always seem to change. We woke up this morning and I got Parker dressed and we realized how cold it was so that was pointless. Then I tried to paint my toes while the girls were downstairs...well they caught me and I had to paint their toes too. Cold days...you can go away already, but I am pretty sure they are going to stick around this week.

Storytime at Barnes and Noble

Today we went to storytime at Barnes and Noble. They both got to dance to a few stories before they got to build these lego cars. Sawyer just borrowed Harleys finished car for the picture because she didn't want to build her car at the store so we brought all her parts and the instuctions home with us to build here. They both had fun and so did Parker because he got to sleep in the boba (my baby carrier). He loves that thing and so do I.
