Sawyer slept all day...and I mean all day

Harley even took a nap when she got home from school

I think Sawyer had a rough night last night. She came in to sleep with me around 3am and she was sweaty so i think her fever broke. After taking Harley to school this morning Sawyer fell asleep on the way home in her car seat and i brought her in and laid her on the couch and she was out all day except to wake up and drink, eat and go to the bathroom and to go get Harley after school. Then she fell asleep after school with Harley and She actually ate a lot for dinner tonight so i think that she is feeling better. She also drank a lot more today too. So lets cross our fingers that we are at the end of this sickness.

Canning marathon

after three days and digging for jars..they are done

So I found this really good deal on green beans from a local farmers market store called Sprouts (love this new place) I bought 15 lbs of green beans and spent the whole first day just breaking them and 2 more days canning them...my energy level made me take that long and timing as well...3 hours to can these babies

I have offically used up all my jars even the ones that were brought to me...thank you for those jars btw

I still have the jelly jars that will more than likely become applesauce jars in the fall

I Love my Neighbors

These are the two beautiful letters that our neighbors wrote for Harley for her first day

These letters made her day because "her big friends" wrote them for just her

If these girls really knew what these letters meant and how sweet and thoughtful it was to write them for her

First Day of Pre K

We took Sawyer to breakfast and let her play at burger king

Harley was coloring when she said I can leave now...gave me a kiss and said love you mom bye

Harley had an amazing first day of school. she seems to love her teachers. she also said she wanted to go back so I consider the first day win in my book.

I cried because it was crazy in there when I took her in and one boy was screaming like crazy and i thought it might scare Harley...I was nervous ok!!! But she didn't cry when I left or run after me so that helped me more than anything.

We didn't even get Harley in the car when we picked her up and she was telling us about her day
