You can make very tasty and easy fruit ice in an ice cream maker and it will come out perfectly "slushy" or you can place it in the freezer a little while for a more sorbet kind of texture. I find that serving one of these after a big dinner always goes off very well. Everyone feels like something "sweet" but no one can face a heavy dessert and then these "sorbet" like "ice" is always very tasty and most guests love them.
